He adapts his training plans and instruction to each person’s unique learning style, putting even the greenest athlete at ease. A big believer in proper form, Matt has a sharp eye for solving movement or posture issues, and is careful to consider all the factors that influence how a patient walks and runs, or why they feel pain. He loves creating an energetic, nonjudgmental environment that drives patients to succeed and feel terrific. “Make it simple but significant.” Matt is an NSCA-CPT and Strong First Level I-certified kettlebell instructor, with further certifications in Functional Movement Systems and Advanced Correctives. When he isn’t working with patients or brushing up on the latest fitness therapies, Matt is prepping for his toughest marathon yet: fatherhood. He also spends time with his dogs and enjoys superhero movies.
