Stress is a natural response in the body.  While acute stress can help drive you to accomplish things or help you avoid a potentially dangerous situations; chronic stress is truly a killer.  Overtime chronic stress can contribute to heart disease, weaken immune system, insomnia, and even fertility problems.  Newer studies are even correlating chronic work stress with certain forms of cancer.  With all these negative effects from chronic stress, wouldn’t it be great to have tools to combat these effects?

Solutions

The first step is understanding there’s a problem.  Our practitioner will take your team through the signs of chronic stress and then introduce them to proven practices of breathing and meditation to alleviate stress.  While there’s literally hundreds of different techniques, we find the best for office workspaces and short time frames is Vedic.  Vedic mediation is an effortless system designed to optimize performance and increase overall states of well-being.  The goal isn’t to eliminate stress, but to help channel the positive aspects of stress while releasing what doesn’t serve us.
